Medical Response Training Courses

If you are on the scene during an active-threat incident or traumatic injury, you are a first responder. What you do in the immediate aftermath can make the difference between someone living, or dying.

Emergency medical training by Reluctant Gaudian can provide the skills and tools you need to respond effectively to gunshot wounds or other traumatic injuries.

Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC)

Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) is an emergency medical course that is designed to prepare civilians to respond to active-threat incidents and to casualties involving major hemorrhage or penetrating injury. The training is presented in the context of an active-threat environment with significant focus on preparation, tactics, and reality-based training techniques.

This training focuses on bridging the gap between incident and EMS. Participants do not require any prior medical training. TECC training is not like traditional medical training because we address tactics as well as medical interventions. The training is hands-on, and employs reality based training techniques.  This course can be intimidating and stressful.  We teach you under stress, so that you can perform under stress.
